North Vancouver RCMP confirms explosive device detonated outside MLA’s office

Cpl. Mansoor Sahak with North Vancouver RCMP confirmed at a press conference on Friday that a device exploded outside BC NDP MLA Bowinn Ma’s office in the early hours of the morning. He said this followed reports of an earlier explosion on West 1st Avenue but officers did not find anything at that location.
