An American man is facing a long prison sentence after a Saanich family came forward to police with allegations of child luring. An investigation discovered 44-year-old Mark David Wallin had been preying on dozens of pre-teen boys and girls, all between the ages of 9 and 16, and grooming them to send him explicit photos and videos.
