Premiers talk possible new pipeline out west

Canada’s premiers were in Saskatoon Monday for their first in-person meeting with Prime Minister Mark Carney. Each province had a list of projects to be fast-tracked, and the new prime minister is pledging the agreed-upon projects completed at a speed “Canada has never seen.” There is still room for disagreement though, especially when it comes to the possibility of a new oil pipeline in the west. Richard Zussman has more.
