Tens of thousands of Bell Canada customers experienced internet outages Wednesday morning, with the majority of reports coming from Central and Atlantic Canada. Outage tracker Down Detector showed over 140,000 users affected around 9:30 a.m., though that number dropped to about 23,000 an hour later. Bell says it is working to restore full service as quickly as possible.
