Vancouver Canucks working on contract with head coach Rick Tocchet, will not exercise club option

Vancouver Canucks are hoping to have a decision sometime this week on the future of head coach Rick Tocchet. Speaking to reporters Monday morning, management says they won’t exercise a team option on the bench boss and are working to have him back here with a new deal.
