Liberal Leader Mark Carney is on tour in B.C., targeting key ridings as support for NDP weakens. With 13 seats up for grabs in the Lower Mainland and around Victoria, both the Liberals and Conservatives are attempting to gain ground, especially in the Interior and on Vancouver Island.
