CAA-Quebec launches 10th annual worst roads campaign

CAA-Quebec has launched its 10th annual worst roads campaign to pinpoint the most deteriorating roadways in the province. The goal: to shed light on the problem and to get local public work crews to repair the bad roads as identified by the public. As Phil Carpenter reports, it’s an expensive job.
