The Great Pacific Ocean garbage patch may have more notoriety, but when it comes to the concentration of garbage, Toronto's inner harbour can count itself among troubling ecological patterns. For another year, a partnership between the University of Toronto, PortsToronto and other groups is aiming to turn it around. Matthew Bingley reports.
