Toronto's Bike Share program is growing more popular by the year and one of the biggest drivers to its growth is the addition of e-bike to the fleet. But demand for the pedal-assist vehicles is outpacing availability of them and the Toronto Parking Authority is adding 200 more this year, including upgraded models. Matthew Bingley reports.
