This winter’s first blast of snow and sub-zero temperatures is causing all kinds of problems on the south coast. As Andrea Macpherson reports, the biggest impact so far was the Monday morning commute with drivers describing long, slow and slippery trips along Highway 1 through the Fraser Valley.
