Jean Charest, former Quebec Premier and member of the Canada-U.S. Council, said Tuesday that the administration of U.S. President Donald Trump faces a “dilemma” between economic growth and imposing a promised 25 per cent tariff on Canada. Charest said tariffs are “contrary of economic growth.”
