Ontario Premier Doug Ford took to the podium at Queen’s Park in Toronto on Monday, addressing the news that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will be stepping down as leader of the Liberal Party of Canada once a successor was named. Ford was quick to demand Trudeau meet with the nation’s premiers “face-to-face” to come up with a solution to stop threats of 25 per cent tariffs from U.S. president-elect Donald Trump.
