Remembering Khurshid Khan, a pillar of Spryfield
Description
January 5, 2025
Khurshid Khan, or Mr. Khan to many, died recently. He was the owner of Khan's HFX, a small grocery store in Spryfield and was known in the community as a man with integrity, generosity and honestly. He was the first man to make halal food accessible in Nova Scotia, often going above and beyond, according to his daughter Masuma Khan. Angela Capobianco reports.
