Multiple people sickened after eating raw B.C. oysters

Health officials in British Columbia say at least 64 people have become sick after eating raw oysters from restaurants and retail locations. As Julia Foy reports, restaurants in the U.S. are also being warned not to serve or cell certain oysters from B.C.
