Consumer Matters: StubHub resale hubbub

A B.C. woman who resold concert tickets on StubHub is voicing her frustration after waiting months to get paid by the ticket reseller. She says the company kept telling her the problem was on her end, but after an exhaustive effort to get the issue resolved, she turned to Consumer Matters reporter Anne Drewa for help.
