Alberta health minister says nurse practitioner program reducing primary care provider gap

Alberta Health Minister Adriana LaGrange gave an update on the government’s nurse practitioner program, saying 33 are now taking patients across the province and another 23 have been approved to practise primary care similar to a family physician. Erik Bay reports.
