North Shore power surge damage sparks questions

A windstorm earlier this month seems to have caused costly damage in one North Shore neighbourhood. As Angela Jung reports, repairs from a corresponding power surge are said to be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, and home and business owners are questioning who will pay for them.
