Silver Cross Mother lays wreath at Victoria Cenotaph

In Victoria, Silver Cross Mother Sheila Fynes laid a wreath at the Victoria cenotaph accompanied by her sons. Her son Stuart died by suicide in an army barracks after returning from tours in Bosnia and Afghanistan, suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder.
