Port of Montreal dockworkers locked out after rejecting latest offer

Operations at the second largest port in Canada have come to a standstill, disrupting the movement of an estimated $400 million of goods daily. Both the workers’ union and the Montreal Port Authority are demanding talks continue at the bargaining table. Global’s Brayden Jagger Haines reports.
