Onions from California are now believed to be the source of the deadly E. coli outbreak at some McDonald's restaurants across the United States. McDonald's officials say Taylor Farms, of Salinas, California, sent onions to one distribution facility. Katherine Ward has this story and more in Health Matters for Oct. 25, 2024.
