How transit needs to change in Halifax amid population growth

As municipal election day draws closer, many of the mayoral candidates are bringing forward new visions for transit. A Halifax-based research team says improvements to the grid need to go beyond buses amid the city’s rapid population growth. Skye Bryden-Blom reports.
