NASA said during an update Wednesday about the problem-plagued Boeing Starliner that it is preparing to bring the spacecraft back to earth Friday – but without astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams. It said the Starliner will limit thruster firings to reduce stress on the capsule’s thrusters.
