Back to school under Ontario’s new cell phone policy

It’s the first day of school for many Ontario students today but they’ll be under new rules when it comes to cell phone use in a classroom, in an attempt to crack down on classroom distractions. Jaden Lee-Lincoln has more on what the new rules will look like.
