The City of Montreal has begun a multi-million-dollar modernization project for Jeanne Mance Park, which includes sprucing up the multi-sport field as well as the wading pool. But while some people in the area welcome the revamp, the addition of a fenced-in dog run on the south side of the park worry about the impact it will have on beach volleyball in that same spot.
