Montrealers hit hard by ruptured watermain

The East End of Downtown Montreal was paralyzed, after the rupture of a watermain close to the Jacques Cartier Bridge. As Phil Carpenter reports, it created a geyser several stories high and forced the evacuation of several homes and businesses.
