Many Montrealers are in recovery mode as people continue to try and clean up after last Friday’s flood and figure out the next steps. In the Pierrefonds-Roxboro borough, volunteers are going door to door to help vulnerable residents. But as Global’s Felicia Parrillo tells us, the borough mayor says things are worse than it may seem — and wonders why the city and the government aren’t helping more than they are.
