Worries over newcomer safety in Winnipeg

A newcomer to Canada and her teen son are in still recovering after they were attacked in the Elmwood area earlier this month. And the president of the Ukrainian Canadian Congress Manitoba is worried about the reputation of Winnipeg as a place for newcomers.
