Vancouver fire and crane collapse under investigation

A terrifying fire at a Dunbar apartment building under construction destroyed two homes and led to a crane collapse, trapping one person in a house. As Alissa Thibault reports, 24 hours after the blaze, road closures remain in effect and many people are without power.
