Encampment outside Abbotsford City Hall growing

A homeless encampment outside Abbotsford City Hall is growing, with more than two dozen tents currently set up. As Janet Brown reports, the campers want the city to designate unused municipal land for homeless people to shelter on, but the mayor says that’s not something he’s in favour of.
