All Toronto beaches deemed unsafe due to E. coli level increase after torrential downpour

Torontonians will have to find another way to beat the heat if they were hoping to swim. Why? All 10 beaches in Toronto have been deemed unsafe to swim in due to high E. coli levels brought forth by a torrential downpour that caused a major power outage and triggered floods across the city.
