A group of independent human rights experts warned this week that famine has spread throughout Gaza, while Israeli officials responded by saying the statement amounted to “misinformation.” A WHO team shared images of a visit to field hospitals in Deir Balah and Khan Younis, where access to medical care, food and shelter has been a struggle for the past nine months.
