Parts of British Columbia, Manitoba, Alberta and Saskatchewan are under heat warnings again, while Eastern Canada is being hit by heavy rain from what remains of Hurricane Beryl. The rainfall caused localized flooding in Toronto, leading to a treacherous morning commute. And now, there is also concern that there will be widespread flooding across southern Ontario, Quebec, as well as parts of the Maritimes.
