More surrendered pets at Montreal SPCA after moving day

Officials at the Montreal SPCA feared the worst going into July 1st, Quebec’s unofficial moving day. With the number of surrendered pets jumping 21 per cent in the first few months of 2024, compared with the same period last year, SPCA Montreal general director Laurence Massé provides our Global News Morning’s Laura Casella with an update on the dire situation.
