As the sober-curious lifestyle and non-alcoholic drinks continue to rise in popularity, Edmonton has welcomed one of its first alcohol-free cocktail bars. SPILT Zero Proof is right in the heart of the city at 11909 Jasper Ave. Founders JoAnne Pearce and Andrew Paul share some of their favourite mocktail recipes.
