Minister: Current N.S. housing state is ‘unfair’

The Nova Scotia provincial government plans on hiking rents on some of its public housing – changes that could costs tenants hundreds of dollars a month. The province hopes while investing in heating assistance, the changes won’t be noticeable for people. Zack Power reports.
