The Ontario SPCA and Humane Society is asking for support after receiving 12 surrendered Shih Tzu dogs in poor condition. The dogs have been transferred to four OSPCA animal centres, located in Durham and York regions, Barrie and Orangeville, and the total estimated cost to care for the dogs is around $20,000.
