Israel is celebrating its largest hostage rescue since waging a war on Hamas in the wake of its Oct. 7 attack. Today, four hostages were rescued alive during a heavy air and ground assault by the Israeli military. Dozens of airstrikes were carried out across Gaza in one of the deadliest assaults of the conflict. The Hamas-run health ministry says 210 people were killed. The hostages were freed from two locations and taken out of central Gaza by helicopter. Soon after, there were tearful reunions with loved ones. The four Israelis — held captive in Gaza for eight months — are now back in their families arms. David Akin reports. In Ontario, one of Canada’s most prolific billionaires is facing multiple sexual assault charges. Frank Stronach, 91, is the founder of Magna International — one of the country’s largest auto parts manufacturers. As Kyle Benning reports, there was more than one victim, with some of the incidents dating back to the 1980s.
