Metro Vancouver mayors push back on housing targets

Two Metro Vancouver mayors are pushing back on the province’s housing targets. Richmond’s mayor says some of the infrastructure can’t handle an influx of development in Steveston while Surrey’s mayor says the province isn’t building the right infrastructure for the future. Richard Zussman reports.
