Maritime provinces get failing grade on poverty report

Food Banks Canada has released a report card giving sweeping failing grades to New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. According to the report, both provinces have seen an increase in overall poverty rates as well as food insecurity. Nathalie Sturgeon has the details.
