A law student at the University of New Brunswick says a lack of accessible facilities at his graduation ceremony prevented him from crossing the stage in his wheelchair. And in Halifax, more than 100 athletes from across Atlantic Canada have travelled to the city's Centennial Pool to compete in the Atlantic Regional Championship for artistic swimming.
