In a Facebook post, the owners of the Bud The Spud food truck in Halifax said they won't be setting up in their usual Spring Garden Road location next to the old Central Library this summer. The owners say their upcoming relocation is a result of losing out in a bidding process for the prime downtown Halifax spot.
