Italian Centre Shop and their legendary deli counters have been satisfying the cheese cravings of Edmontonians for 65 years. With over 300 varieties, from 23 countries, additional cheese have just been added to their collection. Teresa Spinelli, the president of Italian Centre Shop and Joe Dal Ferro, the president of Finica Food Specialties, showcase the new cheeses.
