Halifax considering more designated homelessness encampments

As demand for more affordable housing continues to grow, the Halifax Regional Municipality is considering designating more homeless encampment sites. The municipality’s housing and homelessness director says the four sites throughout the city have hit nearly double the recommended capacity. Skye Bryden-Blom has more.
