U.S. President Joe Biden delivered remarks on Wednesday after signing a bipartisan supplemental foreign aid package on Wednesday. The $95-billion package included funding for, among other things, Ukraine, Israel, and the Indo-Pacific, but notably did not include any funding for border security. During his remarks, Biden thanked Congressional leadership for passing the bill and said that "history will remember this moment."
