Rural ridesharing program launching in St. Stephen

Residents of St. Stephen, N.B., without a license or car will soon have access to ride-sharing services. Kari, an Atlantic Canadian-based transportation company, has signed on to assist the municipality in launching a digital app to get people on the road. Nathalie Surgeon has the details.
