Rescuers in Taiwan are still searching for 18 people who went missing after a 7.4-magnitude earthquake hit the island’s east coast earlier this week. Hualien Mayor Hsu Chen-wei said four foreigners — two Australian-Singaporean dual nationals, one Indian, and one Canadian—are among the missing.
