No charges in 2023 group assault on international student

Nearly one year after a Sikh international student was attacked by a group of people at a Kelowna bus stop, BC Prosecution Service confirmed no charges are being laid in this case. As Victoria Femia reports, friends of the victim are calling the decision disappointing – given how violent the crime was.
