B.C. legislation targets social media companies for causing harm

The B.C. government is proposing new legislation to sue companies causing harm to the public. It targets the problems social media giants have caused to children – especially with their addictive algorithms. As Aaron McArthur reports, there are many questions about how far this legislation can go.
