Consumer Matters: BCAA customer left stranded and frustrated

A motorcyclist is sharing his frustration after he was stranded on the side of a busy highway. He’s a British Columbia Automobile Association member, but when he went to call for emergency roadside assistance, he was denied. Consumer Matters Anne Drewa has the story.
