Officers from various police forces made themselves very visible in Quebec City this weekend as they raided multiple establishments as part of a major police operation to stop an explosion of violence related to organized crime in the province’s capital in recent days. As Dan Spector reports, authorities say they were up to at least nine arrests in under 24 hours.
